The blend uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Crowned Heads says that the blending style for Belgian Blue is unique because 75 percent of the fillers are from the ligero priming.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS priority, with a flat rate shipping charge of $12 per order.
