Steve Saka’s wrapper of choice for this Sobremesa is a silky blonde Ecuador Connecticut. Underneath, there’s a diverse mix of leaves: Mexican Matacapan for the binder, and Nicaraguan fillers from Esteli, Condega, and Pueblo Nuevo. Brulee serves as a Saka’s time machine, bathing your taste buds in lush, creamy smoke filled with notes of cedar, nuts, leather, and a gentle spice.
